  As a resident to the Springfield area since 2007, I am acquainted with the Springfield and Northwest Dayton areas and its many quirks. I love helping people find the solution to their real estate problems. It is my desire to improve the neighborhoods, communities that I serve.   Real Estate Industry Experience: 
In 2009, I bought my first home at the age of 19 while being a full-time student at Wittenberg University. I have learned a tremendous amount while being in "the trenches".
2011-2014 I property managed and contracted for my family' owned real estate investment business in the Greater Dayton/Miami Valley Area. During our three years, we fixed-up/renovated many homes in low-mid income areas. I have developed a strong marketing ability which allow me to promote real estate, find qualified tenants/owners, running background checks, execute contract, overcome crises, negotiate and payroll. Additionally, I have also developed broad time management skills which allow me to better serve my customers.  

Other jobs:   
While attending Wittenberg University (2008-2012) I worked two jobs. For three years I performed the duties of a Classroom Readiness Manager for Wittenberg University. During this time I was responsible for making sure all audio and video components were properly working. For seven years (2006-2013) I worked in a fast paced retail environment team that provided trustworthy customer service. While on college summer break, I did manual labor for F&P America and United Retail Logistic Operations in Troy, OH. Working these jobs while being a full-time student developed my work ethic. These experiences built my confidence, allowing me to pursue to my dream of being a business owner.

  I am an active duty Navy sailor that is in the process of transitioning back to the civilian life. Currently, I have fourteen direct subordinates, I intend to use my leadership skills in order to serve your needs. I have been involved in real estate since buying and renovating my first home at 21 years of age. Since then, I have worked helping individuals across the country achieve their American Dream!

Director of Technology

  Bio: Visionary, Team Player, Creative

  Jason Shaull was born in Orlando, Florida, but mostly grew up South Bend, Indiana. A true Midwestern patriot, he joined the U.S. Navy in 2009 and served for 6 years. Touring all around the world on a guided missile destroyer, Jason served as a radar technician for the primary air search and missile guidance radar onboard the ship. He has a true entrepreneurial spirit and loves to help resolve business conflicts and develop new methods of practice.

Jason has worked as a department head/ co-manager at the Kroger Co. Grocery Chain (2000-2005), A local bank as an account manager (2005-2008) and some odd construction jobs before joining the Navy. He purchased his first home in 2006, in which he learned a lot about housing and renovation. Since being Honorably discharged from the Navy, Jason has worked for Comfort Living, LLC, largely contributing to web development and market expansion.

Jason attended Ozark Christian College, in Joplin, Missouri, where he earned a certificate of Biblical Studies (2005). He has earned an A.S. in General Studies from American Military University (2013) and Bachelor of Arts in Management (with Honors) from American Military University (2014). Jason is currently seeking to attend an MBA program.
